盐酸罂粟碱注射液是一种周围血管扩张药物,主要用于脑、心及外周血管痉挛所致的缺血及肾、胆或胃肠道等内脏痉挛.近年来国内有文献报道其配伍禁忌,现概述如下.
1 与氟氯西林钠
汪子钰等报道,在输液过程发现,当滴完氟氯西林钠注射液更换盐酸罂粟碱注射液时,输液管内立刻出现浑浊及絮状物,再次试验仍出现以上反应[1].提示两药存在配伍禁忌.
