Abstract
以红参粗多糖提取率为指标,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,比较水提、酸提、碱提3种不同提取方法的提取效果,并优化最佳提取工艺.结果表明,最佳提取工艺为:1∶8的料液比,100℃水浴提取3次,每次3h,红参粗多糖提取率达22%.
