Abstract
目的 研究替卡格雷Dimroth重排杂质A.方法 替卡格雷及其Dimroth重排杂质A存在着可逆平衡关系,通过对温度、酸、溶剂的研究,优化了酸解脱除亚异丙基制备替卡格雷的反应.结果与结论 制备了替卡格雷及其Dimroth重排杂质A;杂质A由6.8％降低至0.5％以下,重结晶后HPLC未检出,从而保证产品质量及收率.
