Abstract
目的研究中药连翘的化学成分.方法采用硅胶吸附柱色谱的手段,利用理化和谱学分析(NMR、ESI-MS)方法,对化合物进行分离鉴定.结果从连翘的果实中分离得到一个化合物,确定其结构,将其命名为连翘酸-1′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(rengynic acid-1′-O-β-D-glucoside).结论该化合物为新化合物.
