Abstract
目的:制备骨肿瘤细胞特异性结合肽-SLT肽修饰的固体脂质纳米粒(SLT peptide modified solid lipid nanoparticles, SLT-SLNs),研究其与人骨肉瘤MG63细胞的亲和力和肿瘤靶向性。方法细胞摄取实验研究肿瘤细胞对SLT-SLNs的摄取。构建骨肿瘤裸鼠异位模型,研究不同固体脂质纳米粒的体内靶向性。结果 SLT-SLNs的平均粒径为(115.7±8.7)nm,多分散性系数为0.12,Zeta电位为(13±2.25)mV。细胞摄取实验结果显示MG63细胞对SLT-SLNs的摄取效率是SLNs的4.4倍(P<0.01);体内活体成像实验结果显示SLT-SLNs组荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤组织的荧光强度明显强于SLNs组。结论 SLT肽修饰的固体脂质纳米粒具有良好的骨肉瘤细胞亲和力,是一种潜在的高效骨肿瘤靶向给药系统。
