尿路感染患者Th细胞亚群的变化和临床意义

Abstract
目的:观察研究尿路感染患者Th细胞亚群的变化探讨其临床意义.方法:采用流式细胞仪技术,检测32例尿路感染患者外周血Th细胞亚群(Th1、Th2、Treg、Th17)与10例健康者相比.结果:尿路感染患者CD3+4+T细胞(Th细胞)比例较健康者显著上升,差异有统计学意义,CD3+T细胞、CD3+8+T细胞比例较健康者无显著差异,CD4+/CD8+T细胞比例上升.Th1、Th2、Th17细胞比例较健康者显著上升,差异有统计学意义.Treg细胞比例较健康者无显著差异.Th1/Th2较健康者降低,但无统计学差异.结论:尿路感染患者T细胞亚群和Th细胞亚群的失衡,存在着免疫紊乱.
