Abstract
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnoea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)是一种睡眠时因反复出现的上气道完全或不完全阻塞引发呼吸暂停或通气不足,继而造成间歇性低氧或伴有高碳酸血症的睡眠呼吸障碍疾病[1],进而引起机体各系统病变,并影响患者的生活质量,严重时可危及患者的生命.
