Abstract
重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)是常见的危重急腹症之一,其起病急骤,病情凶险,病死率高,经过多年探讨与实践,逐步形成了以非手术综合治疗为主的外科治疗原则,即以个体化治疗方案为基础的按不同病因及不同病理处理的综合治疗方案.我院自2000-2006年收治SAP患者30例,现将诊治体会总结如下.
