Abstract
患者,男性,40岁.间断发热2月余,最高体温39℃,伴咳嗽、咳痰、气短.在当地医院给予青霉素、氨苄青霉素静脉滴注10余天后好转,1月前症状再次加重,给予红霉素、先锋霉素、菌必治等治疗效果不佳,遂来我院就诊.患者否认药物过敏史、输血史以及不良性行为史.
