Abstract
颅脑创伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)是世界范围内年轻人和成年人致残的最重要的原因之一.病死率高,而幸存者常伴有身体的残疾、精神障碍等后遗症,为社会发展带来了沉重的负担.自噬是近年来研究的一个热点领域,近年来关于TBI继发性损害机制中自噬的研究逐渐增多,但仍有许多机制有待阐明,本文将从TBI后自噬的变化以及其相关机制进行阐述.
