Abstract
目的:探讨儿童牙科畏惧症(dental fear,DF)发生的相关因素.方法:依据Frankl行为分级标准,对300例儿童牙病患者进行调查研究和统计分析.结果:97例(32.3％)为不畏惧,83例(27.7％)为畏惧,120例(40％)为高度畏惧,儿童DF(包括畏惧组和高度畏惧组)发生率为67.7％.患儿年龄、是否独生子女与儿童DF的发生差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:儿童DF的发生与患儿年龄和是否独生子女有关.
