Abstract
异位胰腺是一种少见的先天畸形,Schultz于1727年首例报道,国外报道[1]异位胰腺尸检发现率为0.6%～14%,手术为0.2%～0.76%,近年由于内镜技术日益普及,陆续有文献对本病的报道.我院1996～2000年经胃镜发现胃、十二指肠异位胰腺6例,并在胃镜下行圈套电凝切除术治疗,效果满意,现报道如下.
