脑组织过度的炎症反应是造成脑缺血再灌注损伤的重要机制之一,脑缺血后炎症反应发生的关键是白细胞聚集并迁移至脑实质中.Fractalkine(FKN)作为脑中主要的趋化因子,具有黏附、趋化、调节小神经胶质细胞、星形胶质细胞功能及神经保护等多重作用,参与脑缺血再灌注损伤的发生、发展.本文就FKN在脑缺血再灌注损伤中的作用作一综述.
