Abstract
从细胞实验和体内试验的角度综述了中医药治疗肝细胞性肝癌的作用机制.细胞实验研究包括抑制HCC细胞增殖和直接杀伤HCC细胞、影响HCC细胞的凋亡和分化、影响端粒酶的活性、调节细胞信号的转导;而体内实验研究包括调节机体免疫功能、抗肿瘤血管生成、逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药作用.认为中医药治疗肝癌的机理研究不仅要研究中药中某种化学成分的作用机制,还需要进一步研究单味药和复方的作用机制,特别是经方.
