Abstract
目的 建立青翘的HPLC指纹图谱.方法 色谱柱:Thermo C18 Column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);柱温:30℃;流动相:乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:203 nm.结果 建立了青翘的HPLC指纹图谱,并标定了21个共有峰,指认了其中的3个共有峰.结论 此法简便、准确、快速,为全面科学评价青翘质量提供了可靠的分析方法.
