Abstract
目的:研究曲古抑菌素A(TSA)对青光眼滤过术(GFS)术后滤过道瘢痕化细胞模型Ⅰ型胶原蛋白表达的影响.方法:构建GFS术后滤过道瘢痕化细胞模型,RT-PCR、Western blotting法分别检测600 nmol/L TSA对组蛋白乙酰基转移酶Ⅰ型胶原蛋白mRNA及蛋白表达的影响.结果:RT-PCR、Western blotting均证实600 nmol/L TSA对Ⅰ型胶原蛋白在基因转录及蛋白表达水平有抑制作用(P<0.01和P<0.05).结论:TSA能减弱GFS术后滤过道瘢痕化细胞模型中Ⅰ型胶原纤维基因转录及蛋白表达水平.
