菊花硫磺熏蒸前后挥发油类成分的差异性分析

Abstract
目的:探讨菊花硫磺熏蒸前后挥发油类成分的差异性.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取硫熏前后菊花中的挥发油,通过GC-MS/MS联用技术对比菊花硫熏前后挥发油成分差异.结果:从硫熏前菊花挥发油中检测出201个色谱峰,硫熏后菊花挥发油中检测出227个,菊花硫磺熏蒸前后挥发油共有成分有27个,硫熏后新出现72个成分,消失了50个成分.结论:硫熏前后菊花挥发油成分、数量和含量发生较大变化,为探索硫熏菊花和其他硫熏中药的区分鉴别以及质量控制提供了重要的数据.
