Abstract
传统认为胃肠减压是腹部手术后减少误吸,促进胃肠道功能恢复,预防吻合口瘘发生的重要手段[1].近年来,为了促进患者快速康复,提高患者的生活质量,有文献报道全胃切除术患者可以不置胃管,但尚存在争议[2-3].本研究分析2011年11月至2012年11月我科行腹腔镜全胃切除患者的临床资料,探讨早期拔出胃管的安全性和可行性.
