Abstract
目的探讨蛋白激酶A(protein kinase A, PKA)信号通路激活剂8溴-环单磷酸腺苷(8 Br-cyclic adenosine monophosphate, 8Br-cAMP)与脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的人牙髓细胞诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase, iNOS)表达的关系.方法采用RT-PCR、蛋白免疫印迹、硝酸还原酶法检测iNOS/NO表达. 结果 8Br-cAMP能够上调LPS诱导的人牙髓细胞iNOS/NO表达. 结论 PKA信号通路参与LPS诱导人牙髓细胞 iNOS表达的调节.
