(4.3), 对照组该位点基因型频数分布为GA为42(38.4), GG为23(26.8), AA为5(4.7), 2组间基因型频数分布无统计学意义(P>0.05).G、A等位基因频数分布在2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论: ADAM 33基因rs 511898位点等位基因突变与新疆汉族支气管哮喘的发生没有明显的关联性.
