Abstract
糖尿病是当前威胁人类健康最主要的非传染性疾病之一.研究发现:趋化因子不仅参与糖尿病的发病,而且与糖尿病并发症的发生发展也密切相关.C-C亚族趋化因子目前已成为炎症性疾病发病机制的研究热点之一.调节激活正常T细胞表达和分泌的细胞因子(regulate upon activation normal T cell expressed and secreted,RANTES)属于C-C亚族趋化因子的成员.就RANTES及其受体CCR5 (CC-chemokine receptor)与糖尿病的关系作一综述.
