内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗食管早癌及癌前期病变

Abstract
采用内镜黏膜下剥离术( ESD)治疗食管早癌及癌前期病变的患者65例,其中64例成功切除,1例发生穿孔,60例整块切除,58 例完整切除. 术中发现卫星灶16 例,术后病理较术前病理明显进展20例,其中发现早癌8例,术后狭窄4例.ESD是治疗食管早癌及癌前期病变的微创、较安全、有效的治疗方法,而且能获得准确的病理资料,可更好地评估病情.
