取8月龄SD大鼠脊髓,分组织块法和细胞悬液法培养,测量神经干细胞球出现的时间、数量、直径.MTT法鉴定增殖能力及免疫荧光染色鉴定分化神经元和星型胶质细胞的比例.组织块组在神经干细胞球出现的时间、数量及增殖能力上与细胞悬液组比较差异有统计学意义,两组在分化细胞比例上差异无统计学意义.
