经阴道超声联合宫腔声学造影在宫腔病变中的诊断价值

Abstract
采用阴道超声(TVS)联合宫腔声学造影(SHG)检查诊断出宫腔内病变130例,并以病理检查结果为金标准计算其诊断敏感性及准确性.TVS联合SHG诊断子宫内膜增生、子宫内膜息肉、子宫黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜炎、不全流产的灵敏度分别为94.1％、72.7％、88.9％、83.3％、81.8％,准确性分别为76.2％、88.9％、80.0％、87.0％、81.8％.
