Abstract
目的:研究甲基汞(MeHg)对明亮发光杆菌的毒性作用及锌(Zn)对MeHg毒性的拮抗作用.方法:采用发光菌毒性试验法检测MeHg、Zn对发光杆菌的相对发光率的影响.结果:MeHg、Zn单独作用时半数致死浓度(EC50)分别为为0.00248和0.28 mg·L-1.随着MeHg剂量加大,发光菌相对发光率均降低,并呈剂量依赖性.MeHg、Zn联合作用15和30 min后,呈拮抗作用.结论:Zn可以抑制MeHg对发光杆菌发光率的影响,拮抗甲基汞的毒性.
