Abstract
目的:检测不同子宫内膜癌细胞系中胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白相关蛋白1(IGFBP-rP1)的定位及表达情况.方法:体外培养子宫内膜癌细胞Ishikawa、RL95-2、HEC-1B和HEC-1A,细胞免疫荧光法检测IGFBP-rP1在4种子宫内膜癌细胞中的定位;实时荧光定量PCR法与Western blot法检测4种子宫内膜癌细胞中IGFBP-rP1 mRNA及蛋白的表达水平.结果:细胞免疫荧光染色示IGFBP-rP1主要定位于4种子宫内膜癌细胞的胞浆.子宫内膜癌Ishikawa、RL95-2细胞中IGFBP-rP1 mRNA及蛋白表达水平明显高于HEC-1A、HEC-1B细胞(P<0.001).HEC-1A细胞中IGFBP-rP1 mRNA及蛋白表达量最低,Ishikawa细胞中表达量最高(P均<0.05).结论:4种子宫内膜癌细胞系中均表达IGFBP-rP1.
