临床输血中发热性非溶血性输血反应多数是由于HLA抗体破坏白细胞后释放热原物质引起的,而反复受血者产生HLA抗体的频率可达50%[1].为探讨输血患者产生HLA抗体的规律,提高临床输血效果,作者对126例输血患者HLA抗体进行检测,现分析报道如下.
