Abstract
患者1,男性,76岁.患者5年前被确诊为前列腺癌伴全身骨转移,曾进行双侧睾丸切除,并行化疗两次.5年中用89锶治疗骨转移4次,病情经核素治疗后好转,维持一段时间后又复加重.前列腺特异性抗原(Prostate Spectfic Antigen,PSA)反复上升下降.化验:WBC 8.39×109·L-1,HGB 103 g·L-1,RBC 2.91×1012·L-1,PLT 143×109·L-1.
