DNA甲基化作为表观遗传最常见的修饰形式之一,与哮喘的发生密切相关,虽然其本身不改变基因的序列,但可以在DNA甲基转移酶的作用下使CpG二核苷酸5'端的胞嘧啶转变为甲基胞嘧啶.参与基因表达的调控,进而导致疾病的发生、发展.本文将综述近年相关文献,从诱发因素和作用机制等方面归纳和探讨DNA甲基化与哮喘的研究进展.
