Abstract
S100A7与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关.我们的前期研究显示,胃癌组织和细胞中均呈现S100A7的过表达[1-2],并且其表达下调能明显抑制胃癌SGC-7901细胞的增殖和迁移[2].本研究中我们通过流式细胞术分析S100A7表达下调对胃癌SGC-7901细胞凋亡的影响,并探讨其与NF-κB途径之间的关系,为以S100A7为靶点的胃癌基因治疗提供理论依据.
