Abstract
1 病例资料 原发性阑尾癌非常少见,约占胃肠道恶性肿瘤的0.5％以下[1].其中类癌和黏液性癌是最常见的两种类型[2-3],这两种类型发生率之比约10∶1[4].本文报道1例阑尾黏液性腺癌且黏液性囊肿破裂,形成腹腔假黏液瘤(pseudomyxoma peritonei,PMP),并伴卵巢转移的罕见病例.
