β内酰胺酶及超广谱β内酰胺酶(extended-spectrum beta-lactamase,ESBLs)是细菌产生的水解β内酰胺类抗生素的酶类,是细菌对其产生耐药的主要原因.了解肠杆菌科不同菌属的耐药特性,对指导临床用药,延缓细菌耐药性的产生具有重要意义.
