Abstract
目的 评价支气管镜下冷冻治疗气管、支气管结核疗效.方法 通过对15例支气管结核患者给予规范全身化疗(3HRZE/9HR)方案,联合气管镜下冷冻治疗,比较治疗前后患者临床症状、镜下表现及影像学检查,观察疗效.结果 15例患者平均住院30天,冷冻治疗4~6次/例,临床症状改善明显,1月后复查气管镜,原气管、支气管内膜病变吸收好转,肺内病灶吸收好转,有效率达100%.
