Abstract
目的 研究Dialog vario高嵌体修复无髓后牙牙体缺损的临床疗效. 方法 对61例患者的78颗经过完善根管治疗的后牙牙体缺损病例,采用Dialog rario高嵌体修复.参照美国公共健康协会(USPHS)的修正标准,对修复体的疗效进行评估. 结果 78颗患牙修复2年后,共70颗参与随访,除2颗出现修复体破损外均能正常行使功能.修复体破损患牙经预备后再次修复,取得良好效果. 结论 Dialog vario高嵌体是一种很好的后牙牙体缺损修复材料.
