氯胺酮薄层色谱扫描检测研究

Abstract
目的建立氯胺酮的薄层色谱扫描(TLCS)测定方法.方法样品在碱性条件下用乙醚萃取,薄层层析分离,薄层扫描定性和定量检测吗啡、海洛因和氯胺酮.结果氯胺酮与吗啡、海洛因分离良好.氯胺酮薄层扫描线性范围为0.2～10μg/斑点,R2=0.976 8,最低检出限为0.1μg/斑点(S/N =4).结论该TLCS法可用于毒品中氯胺酮的检验和氯胺酮中毒的法医学鉴定.
