Abstract
肿瘤干细胞学说是目前肿瘤研究中最主要的学说之一,认为其与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关.肿瘤干细胞(cancer stem cells,CSCs)与干细胞的特点极为相似.虽然数量稀少但对于肿瘤的起源、复发和转移有决定性作用.本文将对肿瘤干细胞的起源、增殖、转移及其产生免疫耐受等生物学特性的研究进行相关概述,旨在为肿瘤干细胞在临床治疗中的应用提供理论依据.
