Abstract
色素性痒疹(prurigo pigmentosa,PP)是一种罕见的炎症性皮肤病,具体病因不明,皮损多对称分布,好发于锁骨区、肩部及胸背部,其特点为突然出现的红斑、丘疹,消退后遗留网状及斑状色素沉着,皮肤病理有一定特异性,但缺乏特征性,需要与湿疹、摩擦性皮肤淀粉样变病等其他皮肤病鉴别.目前治疗上认为米诺环素对本病有效.
