淋巴细胞性垂体炎1例报道

Abstract
淋巴细胞性垂体炎(lymphocytic hypophysitis,LYH)是指由于机体自身免疫反应引起的垂体部位的炎症,也称为自身免疫性垂体炎.LYH以垂体淋巴细胞浸润、垂体组织破坏继而发生垂体功能异常为特征.1962年Goudie和Pinkerton首例报道,至今报道一百五十余例,男女发病比例为1∶8.现将重庆医科大学附属第一医院收治1例LYH进行报道.
