Abstract
慢性粒细胞白血病是一种起源于多能干细胞的肿瘤性增生疾病,化疗较为有效,可以使病情趋于稳定,但发生多药耐药日渐增多,部分患者经化疗后虽然血象、骨髓象已恢复正常,但仍伴有脾脏肿大,因此伴有胀痛的脾脏肿大以及继发脾功能亢进难以缓解,并由此而引起明显的贫血.
