Abstract
近年来慢性肺曲霉菌病(chronic pulmonary aspergillus,CPA)的病死率逐年上升,影响全世界数百万人,因此能够对疾病做出快速的诊断至关重要.血清学抗原、抗体检测已成为CPA研究领域的热点.血清学检测技术有很多种,寻找出简单、易行的检测技术至关重要.本文就血清学各项检查在CPA的诊断中的作用及各检测技术的应用作以综述.
