心理干预在术前留置导尿管患者中的应用

Abstract
为了减轻术前留置尿管病人的身心痛苦,2000-06～2004-06我科对50例病人采用了心理干预取得一定效果,现报告如下.
1 临床资料
1.1 一般情况 2000-06～2004-06,我科术前留置尿管患者共100例,男59例,女41例,年龄21～78岁,采用随机对照的方法,分为干预组和对照组,干预组50例,对照组50例,2组性别、年龄,差异均无显著性(P＞0.05).
