Abstract
原发性肝癌是我国发病率及病死率较高的恶性肿瘤之一.据报道,在全世界范围内的肝硬化患者中,有高达30%是由肝炎病毒引起,而在有些国家或地域范围内,此项数据更是高达60%.据不完全统计,在我国每年约有5%的肝炎患者发展成为肝硬化,而肝硬化患者中又有5%的患者发展为原发性肝癌[[][[]1].
