牙龈原始神经外胚层肿瘤1例报告并文献复习

Abstract
原始神经外胚层肿瘤(primitive neuroectodermal tumors,PNET)是一种较罕见的小圆细胞恶性肿瘤,与尤文氏肉瘤(ES)同属于尤文肉瘤家族.主要分为中枢型(cPNET)与外周型(pPNET),而外周原始神经外胚层肿瘤(peripheral PNET,pPNET)是起源于中枢神经系统以外的骨或软组织.pPNET常见的位置有胸壁、骨盆和四肢,发生于牙龈十分罕见.笔者2015年11月23日收治1例牙龈pPNET患者,行手术治疗,明确诊断后给予化放疗,治疗效果良好.现结合相关文献对该例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,报告如下.
