Abstract
目的 通过测定食管癌细胞系及食管上皮细胞系内光敏剂photofrin-Ⅱ的浓度,探讨肿瘤细胞对光敏剂的亲和力度,为进一步揭示光动力靶向治疗原理提供基础.方法 通过高效液相色谱法测定人永生化食管上皮细胞系SHEE及其癌变细胞系SHEEC内photofrin-Ⅱ的浓度,探讨其吸收规律.结果 在一定的时间范围内,食管癌细胞系SHEEC吸收photofrin-Ⅱ的浓度较食管上皮永生化细胞系SHEE吸收photofrin-Ⅱ的浓度高.结论 食管癌细胞系SHEEC对photofrin-Ⅱ有独特亲和力.
