Abstract
帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)是常见的神经系统退行性疾病,其发病机制尚未阐明.临床上,PD患者多因静止性震颤、运动迟缓等运动系统症状就诊,然而非运动系统症状如嗅觉功能障碍发生于运动症状出现前数年.近年的研究表明神经炎症是PD的重要环节,以嗅觉系统为出发点的神经炎症研究逐渐增多.本文就嗅觉系统炎症的易感性及其在PD中的研究进展进行综述.
