Abstract
目的探讨绝经期及绝经后妇女给予米索前列醇及利多卡因联合应用于取IUD.方法绝经期及绝经后妇女取IUD困难者,采用米索前列醇与利多卡因联合应用后取器.结果32例患者,成功率96.7%.结论绝经期及绝经后妇女用米索前列醇与利多卡因联合应用于取IUD是一种安全有效、经济的方法.
