Abstract
目的 观察品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动在精神科住院患者健康知识知晓率的作用.方法 建立QCC组织,拟定活动计划,把握现状,分析健康教育不知率的要因,制定对策并实施,达到持续质量改进.结果实施前健康教育知晓率为72.6%,实施后健康教育知晓率达82.0%,实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 开展QCC活动可有效提高精神科住院患者健康教育知晓率.
