Abstract
β-arrestin参与调节大量生理和病理进程,例如心血管和胃肠道系统疾病、肾脏和肺功能异常、炎症和代谢紊乱、骨矿物质稳态维持、生殖和中枢神经系统疾病等.随着对β-arrestin介导的信号通路不断深入地了解,G蛋白耦联受体(G proteincoupled receptors,GPCR)偏爱性信号转导为研发更加高效、安全的高选择性药物提供了全新的思路.近年来G蛋白偏向型或β-arrestin偏向型配体不断涌现,尤其β-arrestin偏向型配体在治疗神经精神疾病中显示出巨大的应用前景.
