神经内分泌肿瘤68Ga-DOTA-NOC肝脏和胰腺摄取变异性研究

Abstract
目的:探讨胰腺和肝脏摄取68Ga-DOTA-NOC的规律,用于早期诊断胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤(pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor,pNET).方法:回顾性收集70例符合要求的68Ga-DOTA-NOC PET/CT受检者资料,分为全身显像阴性组(A组,53例)和胰腺原发单个病灶神经内分泌肿瘤组(B组,17例),A组依据有、无肿瘤病史再分为C组和D组,进行体积感兴趣区(volume regions ofinterest,vROI)勾画,获得最大标准摄取值(maximum of standard uptake value,SUVmax).结果:病灶SUVmax=26.34±17.31,胰钩突SUVmax=8.46±4.29,胰体尾SUVmax=2.38±0.66.B组、C组和D组肝脏的SUVmax值分别为7.31±1.89、8.60±1.99和9.75±2.94,单因素方差分析:F=5.047,P=0.009,组间差异有统计学意义.结论:病灶、胰腺和肝脏摄取68Ga-DOTA-NOC的SUVmax 值是较好的临床评估界值.
