Abstract
目的:探索多巴胺(dopamine,DA)和可卡因-苯丙胺调节转录肽(cocaine-and amphetamine-regulated transcript peptides,CART)对缺血性脑卒中的作用及调控机制.方法:利用大鼠急性缺血性脑损伤模型,通过外源性给药,测定神经功能缺损评分、脑梗死体积和炎症小体活化,阐明DA和CART在急性缺血性脑损伤中的表达和作用.结果:DA和CART均能降低急性脑缺血损伤大鼠的神经功能缺损评分和脑梗死体积,抑制炎症小体的活化,并且CART的表达受到DA的调控.结论:DA通过CART减少炎症小体活化,对缺血性脑卒中产生保护作用.
